Ideal Notary is independently owned and operated by Polly Braae. She is a native resident of the Pacific Northwest born and raised in Tacoma, WA.

Polly has a very strong work ethic and is committed to providing the absolute best customer service experience possible.

Before opening Ideal Notary, Polly held a few different positions at PNW companies including Fireside Home Solutions, Moneytree Inc, Hammond Knoll and Skipper’s. She was quickly promoted to management at every company and is now proud to offer her talent and skills as a licensed, bonded and insured Washington state notary public.
